Full-time Track Production team members are hired directly into Toyota TN – previous machine operator experience preferred. We are Toyota TN located at 301 James Lawrence Road, Jackson, TN.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
Additional $1.50 Shift Premium for 2nd shift
Potential for wage increase every 6 months.

Monday thru Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm or 8 pm to 6:30 am
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6 am to 6:30 pm or 6 pm to 6:30 am (work 36 hours and get paid the same as 40)

Must be able to comprehend written standardized work documents, perform basic math, learn machine operations, and visually identify defects based on set standards.
Attention to detail and commitment to following standardized work to maintain the highest level of quality standards
Demonstrate Positive Attitude, Respect for Others and Commitment to Teamwork
Flexible and willing to adjust to the changing needs of a fast-paced production environment.

You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:


Standing and walking at least 10- or 12-hour shifts per day
Non-temperature-controlled environment (hot in the summer, cooler in the winter)
Moderate lifting up of 33 pounds unassisted.
Safely use air/power/vibrating tools and machinery.
Operate and perform minor maintenance on die cast machines.
Mechanical aptitude is very important
