What’s a typical day as an Accounting Support? You’ll be:
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, or a combination of cost accounting systems
• Preparing journal entries, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts, and collecting data for labor, equipment, depreciation, and other operating expenses
• Balancing books, preparing financial statements, and monitoring monthly reports of revenues and expenditures
• Assisting in the setup of processes and procedures for revenue tracking and reporting
• Reviewing and maintaining billing information in financial systems
• Preparing commentary and explanations for report items of interest or significance
• Conducting investigations of accounts and contacting personnel for data and information
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1+ years of experience in accounting
• Have experience with large-scale/volume accounting
• Possess knowledge of debit and credits
• Preferably have Macola ERP knowledge or experience with similar ERP systems
• Have basic job skills and knowledge acquired through limited relevant work experience
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
