Let us help.#osmcareersResponsibilities: Communicate with medical facilities, developing professional relationships and opportunities of working with OneStaff Medical.Contact existing contracted facilities to review staffing needs and how OneStaff Medical can assist them.Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates, and the qualification process to fully service clients.Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional internal relationships.Act as a liaison between the facility and the company, including ongoing follow-up and communication.Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and facilitating communication.Understand Key Performance Indicators for the position and meet the expectations.Make continuous progress towards production goals, meeting these goals within designated timeframes.Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding the facility and Traveler.Present OneStaff Medical and the position in a positive, professional light.Use and grow in awareness of available tools.Accept coaching and remain open to changes and recommendations.Maximize and maintain the relationships with customers we already have existing.Requirements : ·        1-year telephone sales/marketing experience, preferably in Travel Nursing industry experience·        Ability to multitask·        Account Management Experience·        Background in medical terminology·        High school diploma or equivalent·        Results driven·        Strong telephone and computer skills·        Ability to willingly apply what is learned in classroom and on the job training ·        Social media savvy·        Ability to communicate by phone, email and text.·        Proficient in Microsoft Office products·        Socially perceptive – Ability to read others’ responses/reactions and respond accordingly·        Reading comprehension – understanding written information and instruction·        Ability to deal effectively with upset or frustrated people·        CoachabilityEducation: High School DiplomaBenefits:
