Position Overview:
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a direct-hire (permanent) position with a chemical client in Burlington, WI. Summary:
This individual will ensure the plant meets quality and regulatory standards. The role involves validating batches, maintaining records, supporting ISO 9001 and FSSC programs, and training staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform batch validation testing and documentation.
- Maintain quality records and manage environmental monitoring.
- Oversee lab equipment calibration and cleanliness.
- Support ERP functions and assist with internal audits.
- Manage controlled documents, update procedures, and maintain a comprehensive filing system.
- Provide training on document use and ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or is required
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Science, or related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of lab experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- HACCP and PMQCI certification within 6 months.

Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time, exempt position.
- Pay: $21-25/hour, depending on relevant experience.
- Medical, dental, 401K, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, optional vision and supplemental life insurance.
