About the RoleAs the Preschool Principal, you will lead with vision and passion, playing a key role in nurturing the potential of our gifted learners. This position calls for a dynamic leader committed to providing an enriching, stimulating, and safe educational environment for our preschool students. The preschool curriculum balances preparation for reading, writing, and math along with art, music, important social skills, and emphasis on character development.
Responsibilities:

Leads the school administration team and is responsible for the overall operation of the school, including the delivery of the instructional program and ensuring the successful implementation of approved Spring Education Curriculum (Links2Learning).
Evaluates performance, provides feedback to teaching staff, and ensures a safe, clean, and attractive school environment conducive to learning.
Manages profit and loss, facility management, student enrollment, and community relations.
Participates in marketing plan implementation and effectively uses grassroots strategies to grow and maintain enrollment.
Builds effective relationships with staff and the community, and manages staff development and accreditation processes.
Maintains compliance with state and federal laws and accreditation requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of three years experience in education administration or business administration.
Minimum of one year of teaching experience is required; three years of teaching experience is preferred.
Meets minimum education and experience requirements to comply with state regulation and accrediting boards, including holding any State-required Director certifications.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to professional development.
