Associate Executive Compensation Analyst

* The Associate Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs including the day-to-day administration of the CDW long-term incentive plans and Coworker Stock Purchase Plan (CSPP).Key Areas of Responsibility* Assist with stock plan administration by providing support related to the grant and vest process for equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, participant questions, etc.* Assist with the administration of the CSPP and deferred compensation plan.* Assist with the preparation and review any regulatory filings in connection with stock compensation transactions.* Conduct executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking.* Support internal and external executive-level compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. * Support the preparation of the Compensation Committee materials and provide supporting analytics and reports. * Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective equity compensation program management, including plan design, documentation, and communication to coworkers.* Participates in special compensation projects and perform other duties as assigned. * Education and/or Experience Qualifications* Bachelors Degree OR* 4 years experience in an analytical role, preferably in Compensation or Finance.Required Qualifications* Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail; position requires advanced mathematical skills, financial knowledge, excel skills and spreadsheet analysis.* Ability to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.* Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization (Finance, Legal) and employees at all levels.
