The Associate Executive Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs including the day-to-day administration of the CDW long-term incentive plans and Coworker Stock Purchase Plan (CSPP).

Key Areas of Responsibility

Assist with stock plan administration by providing support related to the grant and vest process for equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, participant questions, etc.

Assist with the administration of the CSPP and deferred compensation plan.

Assist with the preparation and review any regulatory filings in connection with stock compensation transactions.

Conduct executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking.

Support internal and external executive-level compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

Support the preparation of the Compensation Committee materials and provide supporting analytics and reports.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure effective equity compensation program management, including plan design, documentation, and communication to coworkers.

Participates in special compensation projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

Bachelors Degree OR

4 years experience in an analytical role, preferably in Compensation or Finance.

Required Qualifications

Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail; position requires advanced mathematical skills, financial knowledge, excel skills and spreadsheet analysis.

Ability to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with

changing priorities.

Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization (Finance, Legal) and employees at all levels.
