As a Warehouse Analyst, you will work hands-on in our state-of-the-art warehouse with new technology/equipment, and in a pristine warehouse and office working environment. This role will be responsible for Warehouse Department data analysis, provide direct Warehouse Management Software Admin support, and enforcement of adherence to quality control standards. This entry level role will also provide administrative support to Inventory Control within the Warehouse Department.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and execute all administrative support for the WMS System (Voice Pick, Easy Ops, Location Based Inventory)
Provide quality assurance in order selection and loading/unloading procedures
Provide initial training to all incoming new hire Order Selection employees
Maintain and distribute all daily reporting requirements as assigned
Monitor and track employee productivity and error reporting
Provide oversight in data quality of unloading procedures
Provide support to Inventory control including cycle counts and adjustments
Familiarity with OSHA and Company SOP
Assist with time card verification and cooperage returns in the absence of the Warehouse Systems and Distribution Manager
Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in wholesale delivery and/or warehouse operations
Knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
Superior organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and on a team
Safety programs knowledge

Critical Physical Demands:

Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to: Delivery Vehicles, pallet jack, & hand truck
Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis
Walking on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
Two handed lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height on an occasional basis
Loading of 150-170 pound kegs into cooler and special events caddies using assigned handling equipment
