Our CPFR Analysts connect our customer demand plans to our supply planning and logistics activities through collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment with the customer and our internal stakeholders. These customer-facing managers will work with our account managers to collaborate with our customers’ replenishment and forecasting teams to develop and support new launch plans, point-of-sale and order forecasts, and customer inventory goals and will communicate this information to our planning team to ensure we have the right product at the right time for the right customer. It is also important for the CPFR Analyst to understand ever-evolving eCommerce replenishment needs across accounts. Using customer systems and joint business targets, the CPFR Analyst will analyze data trends to support the business planning and execution processes through accurate forecasting. It is imperative that the CPFR Analyst develop a complete understanding of customers’ and internal extensive systems and data of future/historical replenishment, sales, inventories to best drive best-in-class forecast accuracy and processes. This role will be also responsible for building relationships with internal contacts including Sales, Supply Planning, S&OP, Customer Service, Finance and other functions when required. Customer supply replenishment execution and forecasting intelligence are the main areas of accountability. These roles require relationship- and trust-building with our customers The CPFR Analyst must stay up-to-speed with and will actively seek opportunities to learn about our customers’ supply chain initiatives to ensure First Brands Group is positioned to meet customer requirements and needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: Account management contact for customer replenishment teams Track (weekly and monthly) and collaborate cross-functionally with recommendations to improve fill rate and on time delivery Assist the sales team with sku and product line level forecasting and collaborate with the sales team on monthly and annual plan demand planning. This includes, but is not limited to the base business, assortment changes, promotions, store count expansions or contractions and changes in the supply base Root cause and trend supply and delivery performance across customer and internal metrics Provide assistance and analysis to aid in the dispute of customer supply chain fines and penalties. Communicate factually and regularly with customer replenishment team regarding business opportunities Identify opportunities for value creation from warehouse to customer DC to customer shelf Provide ad hoc analysis upon request associated with supply chain and sales activities Communicate holiday and plant/warehouse closing order schedules to the customer Work with sales and customer replenishment to evolve and refine analysis and regular reporting Remain up-to-speed on the fast-paced changes in the ecommerce space Ensure item file is up-to-date and maintained in customer systems and internal ERP systems Regularly collaborate with First Brands Group customer service and AR/AP regarding orders, deductions and claims Manage new item introduction process for line reviews ensuring items are set-up, ordered and delivered on time and in full Manage product end-of-life cycle for customer deletions Collaborate with transportation regarding delivery lane opportunities Provide insights and recommendations beyond regular reporting The ideal candidate will have the following combination of Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of supply chain, replenishment, logistics, and forecasting experience with a CPG or automotive parts supplier in a customer-facing role Experience developing, analyzing, and updating customer and internal forecasts. Mass retail or auto channel experience required Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint) for the creation of reports, presentations and analysis ERP system experience to include at least one of the following: SAP, Oracle, JDE, AS400 (preferred, but not required) Experience managing large quantities of data from disparate data sources on a sku intensive business Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours, as necessary High level of responsiveness with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage to deadlines Must be have excellent oral and written communication skills Must have English fluency Up to 15% overnight travel
