About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at ConnectiveRx. As a key member of our Product Team, you will play a critical role in defining requirements for our business-driven data warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to design and develop an industry-leading data warehouse that measures performance across all operational aspects.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable enterprise information, including data models, business vocabularies, and taxonomies.
  • Develop and maintain formal descriptions of data and data structures, including data models, data flow diagrams, and technical metadata.
  • Create source-to-target mapping documents to capture application data elements for loading into the data warehouse.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation in collaboration with development and architecture teams.
  • Work with the EDW Team to design, maintain, and optimize data models and end-to-end data-driven integration strategies.
  • Monitor and guide the design of semantically rich business models of enterprise domains, independent of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with application development teams to ensure data alignment between systems.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst, Software Engineer, or a related occupation.
  • Experience working in data warehouse space (1 year).
  • Experience generating SQL scripts.
  • Experience with Agile methodology/scrum.
  • Experience testing REST API web services using Postman.
  • Experience using: Dynamo, SQL Server, AWS services (i.e. DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3 Cloud Storage), and JIRA.
