Unifi is seeking a Training Compliance Coordinator to join our Learning & Development Team. As a Training Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be a navigator charting the course of training compliance for Unifi and our customers, while piloting an educational blueprint that soars above the rest
This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery and compliance of our training programs across the business. The successful candidate will combine their expertise in training delivery with a focus on compliance, providing support to trainers, managers, and senior leadership. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in selected training content areas, you will collaborate closely with the Learning & Development Instructor and Innovation & Instructional Design teams, frontline stations, and cross-departmentally to deliver industry-leading training.
Responsibilities

Facilitate training courses in a remote learning or in-person setting, ensuring high engagement and successful knowledge transfer.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of training content, materials, and delivery methods to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Support the development and implementation of training strategy, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
Maintain and update the Aviation Services Training Calendar, reflecting changes in class demand and operational needs.
Manage the inventory of Training IT equipment, including coordination of maintenance, sanitization, and shipping.
Collaborate with Unifi and customer Learning Management System teams to ensure seamless reporting, navigation and troubleshooting for users.
Ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of all training deliverables, reports, and communication materials.
Provide operational support for the Innovation and Instructional Design team as required.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous situations, while working autonomously and multitasking effectively.
Deliver training content across various modalities with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.
Navigate and manage day-to-day operational aspects of the Learning Management System(s).
Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years in Aviation Services Training, or related experience.
Experience working closely with Senior Leaders as well as frontline team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment as part of a collaborative team, jumping in to help each other, and pivoting as needed.
Ability to travel 30-40% is required for this position.
Proficient in computer systems:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, capable of complex data analysis and visualization.
Proficient with Microsoft Power BI for business intelligence solutions and data-driven decision-making.
