 What we offer

Caregiving positions starting at $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE. plus differential pay for swing/night shifts
Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.
All shifts available: Day Shift, Swing Shift, and NOC Shift. 
Memory Care and Assisted Living departments, both hiring.

Job Description
Our Resident Assistants provide direct care services to residents in accordance with their service plan. We emphasize the importance of every care to be provided with a smile; being gentle and friendly while promoting professionalism and respect of every resident’s dignity and privacy is what sets our community apart
Responsibilities

Provide high quality resident care as determined by the service plan.
Answer patient calls and determine how best to assist them.
Properly charting notes per resident and being able to understand their needs.
Assisting with administrative work in the Health & Wellness department, as determined by Health & Wellness Director.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Possesses a can-do attitude and exemplifies a willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently.
Communicate effectively with residents experiencing communication barriers.
Must have a current certification in Food Handling, CPR & First Aid, or be willing to get certified within 30 days of hire.
Has a great love and compassion for working with senior population.
Possesses a current active license (CNA desired) and maintains CEUs as required by the state.
