6 month contract assignment
Payrate - Up to $60 per hour (dep on experience)

In this role, the Procurement Contracts Manager will require strong contracts management experience across multiple spend categories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts, experience in negotiating, drafting, revising, and implementing contracts.

What’s a typical day as a Procurement Contracts Manager?  You’ll be:


Administer contracts, acting as the liaison between the stakeholder, Legal, and Indirect Procurement determining compliance with the contract terms, answering any questions related to the contract, resolving issues as appropriate.
Create the first draft of a contract based on templates, incorporating specific terms and conditions as directed by attorneys.
Update or revise existing contracts to reflect changes in terms, conditions, or legal requirements.
Assist with the contract termination process, ensuring that all legal and procedural requirements are met.
Assist with legal and compliance matters related to procurement, including contract review, drafting and amendments.
Understand and identify common risk of services for the organization and escalate to appropriate stakeholder for review.
Reviewing contracts to ensure that all terms and conditions are consistent and that the contract complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Update and manage a contract management system (Evisort) that tracks the status, key terms, and conditions of all contracts.
Manage the procurement process for contract execution, including negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers across diverse spend categories.
Ability to run reports, organize and analyze data, and interpret dashboards with CLM tool.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualification: 


Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, with high proficiency in contract management, paralegal or other comparable experience with responsibility for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, agile mindset.
Self-motivated and action-oriented, committed to learning new skills.
Possess strong analytical and organization skills needed to manage multiple strategic and tactical procurement simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines of varied priority levels.
Knowledge of procurement best practices/metrics and legal and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, P2P/spend management, contract lifecycle management software, PeopleSoft (or similar) purchasing module and SAP.
