Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at PVH Corp. As a key member of our Store Planning department, you will be responsible for planning and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Store Design, Procurement, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and develop project plans
  • Review and approve construction bids, change orders, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and punch lists
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in store planning, design, and construction in the retail industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Project Management
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to interact with executive-level clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD
