Oversee the design, functionality, effectiveness, interoperability, and sustainability of material investments in the pursuit of efficient maintenance and technology insertions to achieve the customer mission.
Consistently provide project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout analysis of each technical solution.
Research and Procure deployable SATCOM solutions and systems in accordance with unique customer requirements.
Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs) estimates for contract.
Thoroughly document Bills of Materials, Purchase Reqests and Purchase Orders.
Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Government customer and offer recommendations on how issues and risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy user requirements.
Assist Program Manager as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
5 years experience with Deployable Tactical Communications (SATCOM and IT)
Current DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification

Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals and groups
Demonstrated analytical problem solver with strong computer skills

Excellent oral, written and presentation skills

A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
Exhibits mature organizational and time management skills
Accomplishes tasks with minimal supervision
Strong Leadership skills

Education:Bachelors Degree in technical or related field
