HVAC experience is required.
Strong mechanical and pipefitting skills.
Experience operating and maintaining steam boilers, heating equipment and compressors.
Ability to read and work from blueprints.
Ability to follow safe work practices and standard operation procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
Adhere to all company safety and BSP requirements.
Install piping, tubing, and related devices.
Perform mechanical maintenance on a variety of building and process equipment.
Perform building maintenance with plumbing, piping, etc.
Maintain and operate water treatment equipment.
Operate and maintain steam and heating boilers.
Maintain compressed air equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Develop procedures for preventive maintenance tasks when applicable.
Occasionally assist with contractor management on site.
Assist other maintenance technicians with maintenance tasks.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and accredited trade school diploma/ certificate are required.
2-year technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial trade preferred.
Relative experience will be given in lieu of formal education.
5 years minimum of industrial maintenance experience.
Applicable military training will be considered as equivalent to industrial experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
Availability to work an 8-hour shift schedule (Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM)
