Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule, working 3 days on and 4 days off. Overtime is provided after 8 hours worked, and time and a half is paid for any hours worked when called in. The primary role involves organizing and facilitating maintenance on all production and facility equipment to ensure optimal uptime and resolve quality and production issues. This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment.
  • Emphasize equipment uptime and resolve quality and production related issues.
  • Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting.
  • Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
  • Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
  • Communicate clearly maintenance situations from one shift to another, including Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Manager.
  • Be accountable for plant-wide operational aspects, including progress toward quality and production goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement in safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62836.80 - $73528.00

candidates only pay for vision, premiums don't change when members are added. premium is $25. medical and dental covered. union benefits $98.50 taken out on first two checks for initiation fee. $49.25 due every other week.
