Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the St. Paul area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
  • Performing inspections, maintenance, and repair efforts on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and more.
  • Inspecting and reporting on facility conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
  • General interior maintenance tasks, including furniture installation and repair.
  • Relocating office furniture and equipment as needed.
  • Replacing lighting fixtures and ballasts.
  • Cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters, and belts.

Safety Protocols:
  • Completing hazard assessments as necessary.
  • Complying with safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, and recognizing potential hazards.
  • Maintaining compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
  • Participating in scheduled safety trainings.
  • Practicing defensive driving at all times.
  • Properly storing, using, and disposing of hazardous materials.

Requirements:
  • A valid state driver's license.

Additional Expectations:
  • Submitting daily P-card receipts.
  • Updating work order status in real-time.
  • Utilizing CMMS systems like 360 Facility for work performed.
  • Performing vehicle safety inspections.
  • Escalating problems or issues to customers and managers in a timely manner.
  • Attending work and safety meetings as required.

Benefits and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as 3rd-party certification. The salary range is $35-40 per hour.


This role requires frequent lifting up to 80 lbs, working from heights, climbing ladders up to 30 feet, and driving for extended periods. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
