As the Tech Support (A&P Mechanic), you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment.
You may conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications.
You will manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers.
The Tech Support (A&P Mechanic) may also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications.

What You Will LearnHow to serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have
High School Diploma or associate degree and 6 years of mechanical assembly, troubleshooting and repair, or overhaul experience
Airframe & Powerplant Licenses
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person / Permanent Resident ("Green Card" holder)

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working as an A&P Mechanic
Shop/Bench refurbishment experience.
Experience with the inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components.
P&WC powered Airframe experience
Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management preferred.
Prior PT6, PW300, PW500 and PW600 shop and field experience is a plus.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface
