People like you.Visit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks awaitJob Description:The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, with a background in military and aerospace standards such as AS9100, MIL-PRF-19500, and MIL-STD-750.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the QC team to ensure all products meet the required quality standards through incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes in compliance with AS9100, MIL-PRF-19500, and MIL-STD-750.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standard procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor QC staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
Prepare quality reports for management.
Ensure all quality control documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Ensure all quality control activities are documented accurately and in a timely manner utilizing tools including manufacturing software, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta.
Stay current with industry standards and advancements in quality control methodologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing quality control, preferably within the aerospace or defense industry.
Knowledge of AS9100, MIL-PRF-19500, and MIL-STD-750 standards is preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using manufacturing ERP and quality tools and software, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta preferred.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
