Lead assembly operations to ensure products are manufactured to strict quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.
Train and mentor team members to achieve outstanding performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor production schedules to determine efficient workflows and prioritization.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to maintain world-class product standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, with a strong track record of success.
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing flawless products.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to implement effective solutions.
