Salary and Benefits

Competitive hourly pay rate: $$18.50 - $22.00 per hour

In addition to competitive pay, we offer an annual performance-based bonus and annual merit performance-based increase. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Assembler II. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies to produce high-quality laboratory equipment and medical devices.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selecting appropriate components to assemble in proper sequence using various hand tools, including drills, rivet guns, and drill presses.
  • Applying wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components recognizing color codes to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Inspecting parts during sub-assembly and at key points to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Using SAP system to enter product-related data into computer systems to track component serial numbers, production rates, and physical location.
  • Troubleshooting work-related problems by applying knowledge and experience toward resolution.
  • Testing assembled units, cleaning, and packing final products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting, or related field.
  • The ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions.
  • The ability to follow company policies, including safety and environmental policies.
  • The self-starters with the ability to react quickly to changing priorities.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet expected production goals.
