Job Description:
This position requires both administrative and teaching duties. This position is the first position to step into a classroom and fill-in as needed and support staff during challenging situations.
As a Preschool Office Administrator, you will assist with the coordination of school operations, including financial planning, community outreach, relationship-building, staffing, teacher development, and ensure the implementation of our proprietary curriculum while maintaining a happy, safe, and healthy education environment for the children. Our teams collaborate and build relationships with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community. Education & Work Experience Requirements:
25+ years or older to drive the bus.
An awarded CDA and 2 years previous lead teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility.
Completed DCFS 45 Hr. state required training modules + VPK certifications.
Preferred associate degree in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field.
