This position contributes to Starbucks success by launching general cybersecurity training programs, role-based training, monitoring completion rates, and raising awareness by communicating via various channels and programs with partners in North America and other regions. 
The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, solid interpersonal skills and someone who can quickly take ownership within their area. The individual must be hands-on, work under minimal supervision and can work in a fast-paced global environment

As our cybersecurity training and awareness analyst sr you will…Design, develop, and deliver security awareness training programs tailored to different regions (EMEA, Japan, China, Hong Kong) and diverse audiences    Design and develop role-based cybersecurity training and security champion programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and communication materials.
Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and emerging threats.
Partner with regional teams to customize awareness initiatives, considering cultural nuances and language differences.
Work closely with HR, IT, and compliance teams to integrate security awareness into onboarding, ongoing training, and policy communication.
Develop and execute targeted awareness campaigns and events (e.g., phishing simulations, cybersecurity awareness month, capture the flag events).
Create compelling content (videos, newsletters, posters) to promote security awareness across the organization.
Establish metrics to measure the impact of awareness programs (e.g., click-through rates, completion rates).
Regularly report on program effectiveness to leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and attack vectors.
Translate technical information into accessible content for non-technical audiences.
Work closely with the cybersecurity communications manager

Experience designing and developing cybersecurity training and awareness programs
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Communications, Education).
Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with cultural differences and regional sensitivities.
Analytical mindset to assess program effectiveness.
Advanced problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification desired
