Mindcolor Autism was founded in 2019 with the goal of providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to families impacted by autism. *_*client centric service, best-in-class team, culture of excellence, and tireless advocacy. This role is an opportunity to be an integral part of the foundational culture, strategy and vision of our center, while participating in all aspects of the clinical operations process for our clients
*This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client’s life cycle with Mindcolor.
* Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
* Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
* Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
*Masters Degree or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
* Active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification
* (Availability to work onsite in the center daily, for 35-40 hours per week
