We’re hiring ABA specialists, including BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians), and other administrative professionals. Smaller-than-average caseloads with top clinicians supervising all clinical staff
Proprietary data collection system developed for BCBAs by BCBAs

Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per semester
Performance bonus opportunity (average $2,700 twice yearly)
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
Provide staff and caregiver training
Create or update the data collection system
Answer emails and phone calls from caregivers
Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner to our billing agency
Oversee the restricted hours of 1-2 apprentices
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
