We partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare to ensure that every solution we create melds the latest technology with compassion and empathy. Operating CNC machines and other common machine tools & equipment; including lathes, mills, surface grinders and/or basic RAM and wire EDM operation.

Assisting in designing, constructing, machining, assembling, modifying, adjusting and troubleshooting dies, fixtures, mechanical equipment, and developmental devices to specific tolerances and specifications.
Knowing, applying and evaluating operating principles and mechanical functions used in precision fabrication and building of tools such as punches, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Interpreting tooling/mechanical related prints and mechanical drawings, with GD&T understanding.
Working closely with peers and other coworkers to maximize productivity of production equipment and developing and improving tooling and processes to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.

Possess a high school diploma/GED AND a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a Tool and Die or Machinist field

Experience operating CNC machines
Experience with interpreting tooling/mechanical related prints and mechanical drawings
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
Ability to work 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday; Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Willingness to pursue necessary education and training requirements to keep current with the technological requirements of the assignment
Basic computer skills
