Machinist - Tool & Die Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines and performing adjustments, tool changes, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality products
- Perform adjustments, tool changes, and preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation
- Conduct sampling, testing, and inspection to meet product requirements
- Gather and monitor data on the process to ensure process control
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Tool & Die
- Experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- Ability to work 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 11:30pm) or 3rd Shift (11:30pm – 7:30am)
