The Membership Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of Avanos Medical’s Integrated Health Network group/Group Purchasing Organization membership. The incumbent is the subject matter expert for their assigned area and is the primary contact for problem analysis and resolution support. This position is accountable for gathering information requirements and working with the business to define standards and rules to ensure data integrity and is compliant with defined information and policies.
 
Loading and maintenance of customer and GPO membership in Vistex/SAP S4
Working in support of sales team, customer service, finance and reporting to ensure consistency of data between SFDC, Vistex/S4, reported sales tracing data and expected results
Ad hoc sales reporting and analysis requests
 
Intermediate Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Sorting, Filtering, Data Manipulation)
High attention to detail and working through complex data
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
 
Experience in key systems including SAP, BI/BW
Membership experience managing national GPOs
Work experience in medical device or healthcare industry
