Inside Sales Representative(WFH)

Targeted Pay: $19/hr base pay, plus uncapped commission plan. The average compensation including base + commission is between $40,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on performance.
This role will be remote first. The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, or Reno NV.What you'll do
• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and activations calls from existing and/or new customers, providing customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure
• Present and sell new products, upgrades and additional value-added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders
• Activate new lines of service for phones/devices purchased through retail partners
• Answer customer’s questions and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
• Other duties as assigned
Basic qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
Preferred qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year call center sales environment preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Computer skills including typing and ability to navigate multiple apps/systems at the same time
