Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital engineering services and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the US market. You will work closely with our global teams to leverage our expertise in digital engineering services and deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the US market, with a focus on digital engineering services. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in target companies and industries. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client needs and challenges. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and client expectations. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies. Represent at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and expand our network. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular forecasts and reports to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and content that support business development efforts. Contribute to the development of new service offerings and solutions based on market demand and client feedback. Mentor and support junior team members in their business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7‑10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the IT services or digital engineering industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of digital engineering services, including but not limited to software development, cloud computing, AI/ML.
