If you are a professional with essential data entry skills, that is collaborative, organized and has multi-tasking skills, this is the role for you The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, require little oversight, and be a detail-oriented individual with fast typing skills. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll understand how to update and maintain information in computer systems, collect and enter information into databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume and accurate data entry into our client's internal system
- Assist the production team with clerical duties as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 2+ years of Data Entry or related office experience
- Experience in A-2000
- High School diploma, ideally with GED (Graduate Equivalent Degree) or associate's degree
- Strong general computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
