- Provide comprehensive medical/surgical nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about postoperative care and health maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
