Job Description:

- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a medical/surgical unit.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
