- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical/surgical unit.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions and progress.
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
