Base pay range $400.00/hr - $400.00/hr You've delivered infrastructure under extreme conditions: billion-dollar initiatives, mission-critical rollouts, multi-location programs where delay meant failure. Now it's time to command a national expansion effort. 2 Hour Learning is deploying a validated K–12 model nationwide. In the next six months, we will open 25–30 campuses—each one demanding new construction, significant renovations, and rigorous operational frameworks. We are seeking an elite operator to command this entire function: launching, optimizing, and maintaining the physical infrastructure that enables our schools to fulfill their mission. Without functional facilities, nothing else moves forward. This is not a strategic advisory role. It is an execution-first mandate supported by funding, timeline pressure, and decision-making authority. You will oversee an SVP and a dedicated team including VPs, analysts, and external partners. You will control budget allocation and hiring. And you will be responsible for opening new sites, enhancing current locations, implementing enterprise-wide standards, and developing AI-powered frameworks that make subsequent expansion cycles faster, more economical, and more efficient. What You Will Be Doing Command the national facilities function: executing new construction, significant renovations, and sustainable operational frameworks across 25–30 sites. Build and expand a team (SVP + VPs + support staff), with complete P&L accountability for the facilities division. Create and implement enterprise-wide standards for procurement, security, furnishings, network infrastructure, and branding. Design and deploy AI-powered frameworks and service-level agreements that reduce friction and compress every expansion timeline. Report directly to the founder and collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance leaders to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines. What You Won’t Be Doing Advising from a distance — you will be the decision-maker. Overseeing individual site projects in silos — your remit is national and systemic. Maintaining legacy workflows — you will architect and deploy new, AI-enhanced frameworks. Awaiting executive guidance — this role propels the expansion, it does not follow it. Partner Key Responsibilities Launch, optimize, and sustain facilities at a national level — guaranteeing that every campus is operationally ready, delivered on schedule, and reinforced by scalable, AI-enhanced infrastructure. Basic Requirements 10+ years of experience. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-location execution initiatives with constrained timelines and significant accountability. Direct oversight of new construction, large-scale renovations, and operational infrastructure at national or global scope. Practical experience with retail site launches and/or enterprise-scale maintenance operations, where readiness and consistency were essential. Verified ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams, with full budget and P&L responsibility. Outstanding structured problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and communication capabilities. Proven capacity to perform with urgency, autonomy, and accountability in high-growth or PE-supported organizations. U.S. work authorization and readiness to travel approximately 25%. Nice-to-have Requirements Experience deploying or scaling regulated, multi-location enterprises. History in education, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities served as a critical enabler. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
