Now you will take full operational command of a national initiative. 2 Hour Learning is deploying a validated K–12 model nationwide. In the next six months, we will open 25–30 campuses, each demanding new construction, substantial upgrades, and resilient operational infrastructure. We are recruiting an elite operator to own this critical function: delivering, improving, and maintaining the physical environments that enable our schools to fulfill their mission. Without functional facilities, nothing else can proceed. This is not a passive oversight role. It is an execution-focused mandate supported by capital, timeline urgency, and decision-making authority. You will manage an SVP and a complete team including VPs, analysts, and external vendors. You will control budgeting and staffing decisions. And you will be directly accountable for launching new campuses, enhancing existing locations, implementing enterprise-wide standards, and developing AI-driven frameworks that make future growth faster, more cost-efficient, and more intelligent. 2 Hour Learning operates Alpha, NextGen Academy, GT School, Texas Sports Academy, and additional brands—a rapidly expanding portfolio of schools founded on a single proven concept: students can accomplish a full year of academic progress in just two concentrated hours daily. The remainder of their day is dedicated to sports, arts, personal interests, or other pursuits. We are private equity-backed, fully capitalized, and expanding across the nation. This position is designed for operators who excel in zero-margin-for-error environments. What You Will Be Doing Leading the national facilities function: executing new construction, significant upgrades, and sustainable operations systems across 25–30 campus locations Managing and expanding a team structure (SVP + VPs + supporting staff), with complete P&L responsibility for the facilities function Establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide standards for procurement, security, furnishing, networking infrastructure, and signage Designing and deploying AI-driven playbooks and service-level agreements that reduce friction and expedite each expansion phase Maintaining direct reporting to the founder while collaborating with legal, finance, and regulatory counterparts to meet non-negotiable launch deadlines What You Won’t Be Doing Advising from a distance — you will be the decision-maker Overseeing isolated single-campus projects — your remit is national and systemic Maintaining legacy processes — you will design and implement new, AI-enabled frameworks Awaiting executive guidance — this role drives expansion, it does not respond to it Associate Partner Key Responsibilities Execute, improve, and sustain facilities operations nationwide — ensuring every campus is prepared for students, delivered on schedule, and supported by scalable, AI-enhanced systems. Basic Requirements 10+ years of experience Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-location execution initiatives with strict deadlines and tangible stakes Direct oversight of new construction, large-scale facility improvements, and operational frameworks at national or global level Practical experience with retail construction projects and/or enterprise-scale maintenance operations, where launch preparedness and standardization were essential Confirmed ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams, with full budgetary/P&L authority Outstanding structured problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and communication capabilities Proven ability to operate with speed, independence, and accountability in high-growth or PE-backed settings U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately 25% Nice-to-have Requirements Experience deploying or scaling regulated, multi-location operations Professional background in education, retail, or healthcare expansion where facilities were a core dependency History of creating and deploying AI-enhanced operational systems About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
