Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consignor Relations Administrator / Property Manager at Lark Mason Associates in New Braunfels, Texas. This international online auction company has offices in both Texas and NYC. The auction world is fast-paced and this role requires a self-starting fast learner. The job involves managing art inventory, liaising with clients, coordinating contractual consignment services, and assisting with administrative tasks related to auction sales.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English including business communication
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Interest in the art and antiques market
  • Experience in auction house or gallery
  • Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree or higher


Other Information

  • Recent graduates invited to apply
  • Travel is sometimes required, as are some evenings and occasional Saturdays
  • All Mac environment
  • Must be able to lift 50 lb
  • Salary BOE
