The General Manager/COO will play a pivotal role in implementing business strategies that support growth, client retention, and team productivity. Performance bonuses are available based on client retention and team success.


Job Summary:

The General Manager/COO will oversee all aspects of agency operations, ensuring that business objectives are achieved efficiently and that projects are delivered with the highest quality. This leadership role is responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture that supports continuous improvement and growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategies that enhance profitability and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations to ensure alignment with the agency’s strategic goals and client expectations.


- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and foster client loyalty, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.


- Project Management: Oversee project workflows with the Marketing Manager to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, while optimizing resources across all departments.


- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting and financial forecasting to support the agency’s financial health and strategic initiatives.


- Change Management: Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and adaptability to keep up with industry trends and client needs.


- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity across departments.


- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to set long-term agency goals and develop actionable operational plans.


- Team Development: Mentor and support team members, promoting a culture of growth and professional development.


Skills & Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5+ years in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.

- Leadership: Proven track record of strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

- Client Relations: Strong relationship-building skills; adept at maintaining long-term client relationships and driving client satisfaction.

- Project Management: Skilled in handling multiple projects, balancing priorities, and delivering results on schedule.

- Analytical and Financial Skills: Proficient in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation with a data-driven approach.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing fundamentals.

- Process Improvement and Change Management: Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and operational improvements.

- Strategic Mindset: Able to identify growth opportunities, analyze industry trends, and work with CEO to implement effective strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with program management and implementing program management best practices.

- Proficiency in digital marketing technologies and tools to streamline and enhance workflow efficiency.
