Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our theatre, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of theatre operations, including staff management, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall theatre experience.
  • Manage theatre budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze theatre performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of post-secondary education in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
