The Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for technical systems and will ensure that all systems are set up properly. They will be responsible for effective collaboration and communication with other roles in the DCs and Region to drive service results, will leverage available tools and reports to understand the performance and opportunities at the DC and act to proactively address challenges. They will investigate invoice adjustments to determine the root cause have accountability for all Service Metrics. Working Hours: Monday- Friday (7am-3pm) Up to 10% Travel Potential Weekends as business needs dictate Overtime Eligible Qualifications * High comfort level with Warehouse Management Systems and computer work * Warehouse/Logistics experience and general supply chain knowledge * Understanding of dashboard reporting tools * Strong Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word * Intellectual curiosity and comfortable receiving/providing feedback to others.
