As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating. You will also take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics. You will recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management, communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors, and assist nurses with various duties as directed. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a willingness to make a difference, a current nursing assistant certification from North Carolina, and active CPR certification (preferred). You should also possess effective verbal and written English communication skills, a high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality, customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure, and a compassionate and friendly demeanor.
