Genesis10 is currently looking for a Coordinator to manage software license agreements for a 12 month contract for a large client in either Denver CO or Minneapolis MN. Must be able to go on site 1-2 days a month.
w-2 only consultants.


Job Description:
This role is specific to Software Asset Management. The team member will work directly with internal technical teams, internal business teams, sourcing, vendors, software publishers, and other groups in the management/delivery of software tools to the user community. The primary responsibilities will focus on the financial processing of software purchases and software renewals. All efforts will have the objective of the timely processing of renewals and purchases; in a cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the-end-to end renewal process for an assigned list of software titles.
Work with resellers, vendors, sourcing and internal product owners; to obtain quotes used in the purchase and renewal processes.
Review quotes for completeness and accuracy.
Process quotes in Microsoft SharePoint.
Update and manage accuracy of software records in the ServiceNow software contracts database.
Monitor the progress of procurement requests and purchase order generation; ensuring that they are completed in a timely fashion.
Ensure that the requests are processed with accurate financial treatment.
Manage questions/requests from the user community.


Required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
Five years of related functional experience.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Requires a working knowledge/experience with industry standard financial management applications. SAP experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills; with a track record of working cross-organizationally to drive innovation and business results.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/SharePoint software.
Experience with IT procurements, contracts, and similar.


Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $33.00-$38.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
