Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established beverage manufacturer in the Garner area recruit for a Production Manager to join their team. This is a 1st shift, direct hire opportunity. Candidate must be available to work a 12 hour shift.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
Plan and organize production schedules to meet production targets and deadlines.
Manage inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Train and develop production team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
Develop and implement new production processes and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years leadership experience in a fast paced production environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such Engineering or Management preferred
Ability to adapt to changing production schedules.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with quality control and assurance procedures.
Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate must have strong knowledge of FDA regulations and OSHA standards
