Artistic Southern Inc. is currently seeking a Production Operations Lead to oversee the manufacturing of stair systems, manage inventory, ensure timely project completion, uphold safety and quality standards, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient processes.

· Mentor and develop a team of production staff, focusing on training and adherence to safety protocols.

· Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations.

· Cultivate a positive workplace culture that emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

· Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all associates are engaged in safe manufacturing practices.

· Conduct regular assessments of work processes and finished products to identify improvement opportunities.

· Address production challenges promptly and implement corrective measures.

· Guide the overall manufacturing process and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

· Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing policies and safety regulations.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

· Advanced leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing setting with a proven track record in safety, quality, and productivity.

· Experience in Wood Products manufacturing is preferred.

· Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

· Previous supervisory experience is required.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Flexibility to work varying hours as needed in a manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

· Capability to navigate all areas of the warehouse.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time role.
