Pay Range:  $25-$35 per hour, depending upon experience

  • Leadership role:  Manage and oversee a team of up to 13 people
  • Cutting-edge industry:  Work in the injection molding process, utilizing your expertise in this field.
  • Second shift availability:  Enjoy a Monday-Thursday schedule from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m.
What’s a typical day as an Injection Mold Supervisor? You’ll be:
  • Managing and overseeing the injection molding shop, ensuring smooth operations
  • Troubleshooting injection molding machines to identify and resolve any issues
  • Building and managing a skilled team of professionals
  • Setting up machines and performing quality control checks
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in the injection molding process
  • Possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
  • Are available for the second shift schedule from Monday to Thursday
  • Have process tech experience
  • Are capable of taking responsibility for the entire plant
