Senior Account Manager – New York Join YourStudio – a B‑Corp certified strategy and experience design agency known for award‑winning brand strategy and immersive environments. The Role We’re looking for a people‑focused, detail‑driven Senior Account Manager to build trust, nurture key client relationships, oversee project delivery, and shape world‑class client service across the business. Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding needs and helping achieve goals through strategic, creative solutions. Manage projects from end to end: onboard new work, ensure timelines, budgets, and communication flow. Drive growth and opportunity: identify account expansion and emerging industry trends. Be financially savvy: manage budgets, billing schedules and commercial success. Support and motivate the team: collaborate with designers, strategists and project managers to deliver high‑quality, insight‑led creative work. Champion communication: act as main conduit between clients and studio, ensuring clarity and momentum. Lead by example: shape client services offering, support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, contribute to evolving tools and processes. Be purpose‑driven: uphold B‑Corp values by considering people, planet, and purpose in decisions. Requirements Proven client/account management experience in a creative, brand or experience design agency. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, including senior‑level conversations. Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and scopes. Proactive, calm under pressure, confident in ambiguity. Track record spotting growth opportunities and expanding client business. Collaborative spirit, passion for creativity and delivering excellent work. Curiosity about brands, culture, and the evolving consumer landscape. Benefits Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH.
