As an Operations Manager, you will drive the execution of our commercial strategy, oversee retail operations, and ensure business performance aligns with our goals. This role includes full P&L accountability, team leadership, and financial oversight, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the commercial plan, tailoring it to local market needs.
  • Develop sales strategies for cruise line operations and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Monitor sales, manage inventory, and produce regular performance reports.
  • Lead and develop retail teams, ensuring a positive work environment and effective training.
  • Analyze financial performance and contribute to investment planning.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and brand promotion.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 6+ years of management experience in retail or customer service.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation:
  • $140k Annual Base + 10% MBO (Bonus) + Monthly Car Allowance.
  • Status: Exempt, Full-Time.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Hybrid Work Option Available.
