Dermatology Professor

The University of Miami Health System is seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology to join our esteemed team. As a leading academic institution, we strive for excellence in education, research, and clinical care.

We are looking for a talented dermatologist to serve as an attending physician in our Division of Dermatology. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multidisciplinary clinical and research teams, in teaching, and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients with general dermatology conditions
• Conduct examinations, assess and evaluate symptoms, determine conditions, and prescribe medical treatment or services
• Train/mentor residents and fellows to increase their clinical fund of knowledge and interest/success with academic research
• Prepare and present at teaching conferences
• Obtain data and results that can be used to submit an application for future clinical research awards
• Provide coverage on inpatient service/telehealth service for the cruise lines as needed
• Oversee mid-level medical staff as assigned

• MD Degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology
• Valid Florida medical license
• Valid DEA license
• BLS/ACLS certified
