Home Health RN Clinical Manager

Location: Cheyenne, WY, 82001

Job Description:

The Home Health RN Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the home health agency. This includes managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
* Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
* Provide education and training to staff on clinical best practices
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff
* Ensure that all patient records are accurate and up-to-date
* Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

* Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home health
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
